The military defeat at Ilovaisk

A lot of criticism appeared after the Ukrainian defeat in Debaltseve in February 2015. Poroshenko was accused of covering for people responsible for it. In turn, the President's advocates indicate that the Ukrainian army was winning the war till the battle in Ilovaisk and managed to take back a large part of the territories controlled by the pro-Russian fighters.
