Stubno Commune Head

The Head of the Stubno Commune has agreed to demolish a monument commemorating the UPA in Hruszowice on a motion filed in 2016 by the National Movement. The commune owns the cemetery and may decide on the structures located there. "This has been a cemetery for many years, if we dug deep enough, we would probably find some human remains. In the future, it will be a burial ground. It was never a monument, this was an illegal commemoration.” - said Janusz Słabicki, head of the commune of Stubno, for the Przemyski Portal.
