The Ukrainian Ministry of Culture publishes a list of people who pose a threat to national security. The list is based on applications from the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the Security Service and the National Council for Radio and Television. People working in a widely understood culture are on that list - mostly Russian artists who illegally stayed and performed in Crimea or who supported the annexation and the conflict in the east of Ukraine. Currently there are 114 people on the list published on the Ministry's website. At the same time, according to the sanctions, the Ministry of Culture sends appropriate lists of people who should be prohibited from entering Ukraine to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
