Keiko Fujimori

A daughter of Alberto Fujimori, former President of Peru and a leader of the Public Force political party. After her parent’s divorce, she was the first lady of Peru in the period between 1994 and 2000. Since 2006 she has been a member of the Congress of the Republic of Peru. In 2011 and 2016 she was running in the presidential election.

, Peru’s President, stepped down amid accusations of corruption and accepting bribes. The opposition has released a video showing and a few other members of Peruvian Congress trying to buy votes from party colleagues in the vote on initiating the impeachment of the president. The intended purpose was to keep Kuczynski in office.
