Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) on ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line - a special group controlling the implementation of Minsk agreements, composed of representatives of Ukraine and Russia. The Centre began its activity on 26 September 2014. Since April 2015, the Ukrainian and Russian sides have kept separate accident logs of violations of the ceasefire agreement.
The Centre mediates in the negotiations regarding the ceasefire and helps to ensure security to representatives of the OSCE mission in Donbass. 75 officers of Russian Federation army, who worked in a three-month rotation system, were a part of the Centre.
