Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI)

A Mexican political party founded in 1929 and staying in power until 2000. At the very beginning it was called the National Revolutionary Party. In 1938, it changed its name to the Party of the Mexican Revolution. Since 1946 it is known as the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). Currently, it is a centre-right party.
