Against a young girl

In 2018 the Crimean Tatar poet, Alie Kenżalieva, published poems about the ways of celebrating Victory Day in Russia on May 9 every year. She believes that dancing, singing and wearing military uniforms are not proper ways of celebrating the end of such hell, horror and tragedy as the Second World War. In her opinion, it should be commemorated differently. However, the investigators in Simferopol noticed signs of Nazi rehabilitation in her poems and initiated proceedings against her.
