Additional restrictions

Kharkiv Oblast: all military units stationing in the perimeter are on alert, the police and SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) powers are stronger as well as the protection of essential infrastructure facilities. Luhansk Oblast: establishing the Defense Council of the Luhansk Oblast and operational staff, strengthening the border protection with Russia. Donetsk Oblast: strengthening the anti-aircraft defence of important infrastructure facilities, partial conscription of reservists in the purpose of military exercises, civilian objects working according to a regular schedule. The Zaporizhia Oblast: strengthening the defence of essential facilities, no vacations for police officers and soldiers, a ban on wearing uniforms by people who are off duty, renewal of outposts on roads leading to the sea. Kherson Oblast: strengthening digital security, counterintelligence and counter-terrorism activities, reservists' military exercises, strengthening the administrative border protection between Ukraine and Crimea. Mykolaiv Oblast: partial conscription of reservists in the purpose of military exercises, the control of documents and means of transport, additional monitoring of civil defence facilities condition, strengthening the protection of infrastructure facilities. Odessa Oblast: strengthening of information and digital security, full combat readiness of anti-aircraft defence, enhancement of border protection. Vinnytsia Oblast: strengthening law enforcement. Chernihiv Oblast: new contracts for the production or renovation of weapons, partial conscription of reservists in the purpose of military exercises, their equipment and deployment. Sumy Oblast: improved patrols of security services (especially at night), additional outposts in the frontier zone.
