Ilya Ponomarev

Former member of Russian State Duma in 2007-2016. He was the only member who voted against the annexation of Crimea on 20 March 2014. In 2014 he moved to USA. In July 2015 he was arrested in absentia by the court in Moscow, an international search warrant was issued. In 2016 he was granted permission to reside in Ukraine and has been living in Kyiv ever since.
