The Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 133/2017

The decision of the Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine of April 28, 2017 “On the use of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)”. The penalties apply to both Russian-owned and private companies. They include, for example, air carriers who broke the Ukrainian law and started connections to the Crimea annexed by Russia as well as Russian banks operating in the Crimea and companies from the Crimea taken from Ukrainian owners. The list also included Russian media, which are accused of using aggressive anti-Ukrainian propaganda as well as Russian websites and social networking sites. Surprisingly, the list of sanctioned legal persons included militia units from Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republic (e.g. Prizrak, Spartak, Somali and others), which were sanctioned (hard to imagine with what) for a year!
