Ole Bouman

In 2013, Ole Bouman was appointed the creative director of Urbanism/Architecture Bi-City Biennal of Shenzhen/Hong Kong that was established in a former glass factory. He says he got the proposal “of energising the place, first as a sample of an industrial era, then also as a new creative place.” Shenzhen is called a special economic zone so as a special culture zone.
