Answering the deputies’ questions, Lutsenko stated that he is against “a broad campaign to consider Savchenko mentally ill.” Earlier, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman, commenting on Savchenko's case, stated that in his opinion it was “a matter of mental health.”
