Anatolii Mohyliov

The last Prime Minister of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (from November 8, 2011 to February 27, 2014). He was born in Kamchatka, but his parents moved to the Donetsk region. In 1982, he started duty in the militia structures in Donetsk. In 2007 he became the Head of the Internal Affairs Board in Crimea. Crimean Tatars claimed that Mohyliov’s militia was repressing their community back then. In 2010, Mohyliov was the Chief of Staff of Viktor Yanukovich in Crimea. On March 11, 2010, he was appointed the Minister for Internal Affairs of Ukraine. On November 8, 2011, he became the last Prime Minister of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
