It is located in Rybnik and was founded by Gwidon Henckel von Donnersmarck in 1897 under the name Donnersmarck-Grube Coal Mine. In 1944, labour camp No. 32 operated there. Today it is part of the ROW Coal Mine (Jankowice, Chwałowice, Rydułtowy, and Marcel mines) as Ruch Chwałowice Coal Mine.

Over half the graves we found in our investigation were buried without a name.
